Seller offered small refund, insufficient in my opinion. Also offered to ship replacement. I agreed this and then she took back offer to replace and said she did not want to communicate with me againReply from: mven898- Feedback replied to by seller mven898.- Feedback replied to by seller mven898.I offered the buyer $25 back - which was not a small amount, it was slightly over 1/3 of the purchase price. I also offered to send a replacement bowl which was refused. The buyer kept insisting that I file a claim with USPS to get my money back & expected to receive over $42 back in a cash refund. This amount was over 50% of the full purchase price. I requested that the buyer do return process to send back the other 2 bowls and I would give her a full refund, but this was also refused.
