    This was gift for my son who has really enjoyed the Dr Who experience. I began watching the first original Dr & my son started with the newest ones.

    I wish Dr Who could go on forever. Tom Baker is one of my favorites, as David Tennant, and Matt Smith. But, then each Dr has their own great personnalities and are a pleasure to become a part of. Thank you

    Doctor Who is my favorite show and since they don't show it on PBS I have to buy the series. It is about a Time Lord who travels through space and time in his Tardis (Time and Relative Dimension in Space.) The Tardis is shaped like a police phone box. He travels with a companion. I bought this set because my other set had a skip in The Forest in the Night and I couldn't find a replacement disc.

    The Depressing Doctor, but still awesome writing

    We call this doctor the depressing one. After the fun of David Tennant and Matt Smith, he's kinda been an acquired taste, as we've gone along. We adore Clara's character of course, and the fun twists and turns of the plot. It's still amazing writing, and compelling stories - there just have been so many "depressing-ish" episodes this round, that we find ourselves missing the previous doctors.....

    This show is very good, but I do need the sub-titles, which is the reason I buy the DVD's Being American we occasionally do miss something they're talking about. Clara is charming as all get out, easily the most likable companion in a while. I do highly recommend this show and the DVD's.

    Enthralling Series!!

    I had only just gotten into the franchise through Netflix but ever since it got taken down from the site I hadn't been able to finish when I got into the 6th season. I decided to simply buy the complete set and I'm very happy I did so. It was very worth it to just have DW at hand :)
