    Its a bumpstop - It fits and appears to be good quality, but only time will tell

    Similar (but not identical) to the original VW items, hoefully they will last equally long (10 years) or more. Simple to fit, just undid the top mounting and the shock absorber (using 16mm ring spanner). Swapped the bumpstop and cover and the did everything in reverse.
