It was well packed, & as described. Not sure about value as I paid extra to get it from Redbud as they are fairly close to me & it ended up taking longer than if I had bought it from the low price eBay seller.     Transmitter works great

    When my sound became very static and low in volume, I thought it was the batteries in the headsets. But after replacing those I found the same issues. So I decided to order the transmitter and that solved the problem. Now TV ears are good as new
