Seller mistakenly shipped a 570, and informed me of this before the card even arrived. Seller was willing to accept the returned card and send the correct one in its place. Technically long shipping time, but I'm still waiting for some other parts anyway. Although the card was listed as used, it looked like new when I received it - no dust, no marks, no scuffs - and included not only the power cable but also a cover for the PCI pins. The seller did a fantastic job refurbishing the card, and it was well worth the price. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for used GPUs!
