    Seller sold multiple fake gems but still claimed they were genuine, even after I showed clear proof with a refractometer reading. They dragged out the refund process for weeks, making it stressful and difficult, and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ll never buy from them again, don’t recommend anyone else to either, and believe they shouldn’t be allowed to sell on eBay given the clear evidence and their dishonest behaviour.
