A great item and a great price. There was a small part of the black bottom smashed but didn't affect use as it was for home use. Seller contacted to check everything was okay, explained the damage and seller provided a partial refund. I'd suggest improving postal packaging but very responsive and customer focused seller

I received the item early than stated, when I removed it from the plastic covering I seen the box all damaged, which isn't the sellers fault, when it come to use it to make a frappe I noticed these black pieces shooting in the jug, obviously there was a fault, I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting a replacement sent out asap, constant communication from the seller, I probably will buy from this seller again.
