I would recommend not purchasing anything shipped via USPS. This includes numerous problems with items shipped using USPS and even a package claimed to have been delivered by USPS tracking but surveillance showed no delivery and two months trying to file a claim that was unsuccessful. The vendor told me that I was wasting my time and immediately sent a replacement.
