Thank you Michael. I left a positive review for your UNRELIABLE company "Mercedes and Smart Newcastle" only because of you. Michae - polite guy and very good customer service. He tried to help me by sorting out other people in this company + Royal Mail errors. I bought 2x washers Q0012230V002 but only received one. The item was reshipped but arrived somewhere at the wrong address. In the end they gave me a partial refund and I bought my second washer from the local Mercedes garage much cheaper!
