I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

If you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it, we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible.
 
Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Brilliant seller. 10/10. Item arrived quickly. Product though not as good as the old one. Not fault of supplier, but product more flimsy than old one. The old one had metal hinged bar, new is plastic. Just doesn't feel as good when comparing old with new. But still all works, not sure it will last as long though. So product gets 7/10.

    great for letting light in !

    sadly i found no instructions from purchasing this item. so looked on line and fitted as described but sadly hinge broke on first use as roof had slight curve. on reflection this is very flimsy and not an easy fix unless you buy another surround. but it does let light in and that was what it was purchased for. a little expensive as well.

    Heiki 2 far better design, quality, and lower cost than original manufacturers fitment!

    I opted for a Heiki 2 roofliight to replace the original rooflight fitted to a Chausson 93 camper primarily due to its very competitive price and simplicity of operation. The original fitting had a poorly designed opening winder mechanism which had seized [quite a common fault], and it was impossible to source just the replacement opening section which had been badly damaged in the winter gales! The Heki 2 is slightly larger than the original which meant the roof of the camper had to be modified but this was not too difficult once the large Chausson interior roof moulding was removed. The actual fitting of the Heki 2 was quite simple using white Sikoflex and the extremely simple fitting kit provided. Modifying the camper's poorly designed roof moulding actually took longer than ...

    easy to open

    easy bro fit, easy to open. some of the locking mechanism look a bit weak, may break easily. But much better than the previous Seitz wind up roof light that was fitted.
