Customer purchased a Portal on 11/19 that I discounted for her to $219.99, a $140 discount from $359.99. I accepted her low offer. I was unable to fulfill order since I had to go into emergency surgery on 11/20. On 11/25, she opened case after we discussed that she still wanted item and I'd have my wife help me fulfill it on 11/26. Order was still within in delivery promise with a delivery window of 11/28 to 12/1 when customer opened case. I issued a full refund after I saw messages and feedback
