Leather good quality and seems strong. The clip not so robust. I’m going to take a stronger and slightly bigger clip off my GSDs lead and swap it. It will be less fiddly and more robust.

Hi Jo,the components are robust British made. Clips on our own tack are close to ten years old. Unless you get a lot of sand and don't ever clean tack (abrasion inside the clip, which you'll also get in a bigger one), they will last for ages. We chose this size because some D-rings on girths are smaller and bigger clips can be too large. And there's less mass dangling around under the horse. But if you need anything else, just contact us - we can sort a bigger clip, or just the strap. Anything!
