Returning product due to changed mind
 
You may return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note by original condition we mean the item must be in all of the original packaging and labels must be in good condition so the product can be resold at full price. The product must not be used. We will provide a refund ensuring your product meets our terms and conditions. After 30 days from the purchase date you are no longer eligible for a refund, in the event the item is returned after this time frame you can claim store credit from our website only, this will be for the same value as when purchased.
 
Faulty items
 
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary. By faulty we mean unusable, broken or not as described. After 30 days from the purchase date we have statutory rights to refuse a refund in order to attempt to repair or replace the item. Only after this attempt can a refund be given. Any product within our warranty period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our return process is free for the return of damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to obtain prepaid details. Postage is to be paid by the customer if you are returning an item due to a change of mind. We do not reimburse postage fees, if you encounter a fee at your local post office or parcel shop we will not be held liable for this.
 
Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. Please note once you complete the checkout process and submit payment, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.

    All Pods are nw tidy!

    An excellent storage idea with room on top for even the bigger Tassimo machines. Saves space and stops the build of the cardboard outers at the pods travel in and used to keep the pods tidy/. Takes both large and small pods (2 x small pods to one storage slot, and there is enough room to give yourself space for your favourite drinks and ew new ones to try.

    Great capsule dispenser

    I bought a Tassimo Coffee Maker for my husband for Christmas, which he loves. I saw this capsule holder and thought it would be a brilliant addition as his capsules were all over the place. It's great, and so handy that it also acts as a stand for the coffee machine.

    Exactly what I wantes

    I'm a little guilty for buying too many coffee pods and as I already have a spinning 52 Pod holder that's full, I wanted an extra one that was a little more discreet. This is perfect. Perfect for my machine to fit on top of and fits the pods in brilliantly. Couldn't resist filling it up as soon as it arrived! Wouldn't hesitate to to recommend or buy again if I needed to!
