Life changing and it cost me so little!
This book tells a lot of truths in a humorous way, but at times I cried at the way animals are treated just so that I can eat meat, eggs and milk. My husband and I both became Vegans immediately and have never felt better. Within two weeks we both lost that extra stone we all seem to carry about and my beautician cannot believe just how good my skin looks. I'd say read this book, but read it if you actually want to make a difference to the way you eat, feel and want to view our world. I expected a cook book with skinny recipes, and got a book to read and what I have to do to be healthy,I already live healthy and don't need any advise on that, So I am very disappointed in this book,and I think it should be more clearly described what is in the book for me this whas a waste off money.
