The cleanse capsule I stopped taking after 3 days as it made you need the bathroom too many times in a day. The raspberry capsule you can feel working internally. It really does suppress your appetite so you don't feel the need to eat big meas or snack on junk food. Has not really shown much change externally . Really need at least 1 batch to get better results but then I am trying to get rid of a preg belly.
