Had an issue with the parcel carrier resulting in the item arriving later than expected. I allowed a couple of days after the carrier informed me they were running late but gave no expected delivery date. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and curtiously . The issue promptly resolved itself the next day. It took me another day to close the issue due to not knowing the eBay system well enough. I will happily buy from them again
