nomadcat shipped buick rally wheels paint masking kit ( stencil kit ) quickly and only charged actual shipping cost. Use the kit today. Comes with basic instructions on how to prep wheels for paint, with decent color pictures as well. Masking is made of a plastic material that is very easy to apply. It stretches just a bit and can be removed ( from clean surfaces, several times, to make adjustments ). I have used tape to mask wheels, not doin that any more. BUY A Set of these ! Nomadcat AA+
