Further more he didn't know which side is up. Usually an umbrella or few arrows or a wine glass indicates which side is up. Value for money. Looks majestic. Good colour choice available. I have not used it yet.

It isn't too noisy either, I used to have a Kenwood chef years ago and that made more noise than a 747. A cook book on how to use the mixer with some basic recipes, would have been useful for new cooks. Have so far made my savory crackers and pie pastry. The main reason for buying was to mix my weekly 1kg sourdough bread. As I'm getting a bit old in the bones now and need a little help from some technology.
