There are some plus and some minus points.
On the plus side, the bed itself is extremely comfortable and has resulted in the best nights sleep for a long time. If you are getting one of these, look at getting the longer sheets as normal ones will slip down.
On the negative side, apart from no instructions was the delivery. Even though I pre-warned the company that the delivery would have to be made to our gate, they stopped over a mile away and I had to collect the bed myself. Not happy.
