Therefore, the upholstery is new and free from damage, rips, and marks or fading. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the frame but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no missing carvings. The frames and arms are solid and in good condition with no loose movements. The armchair sits firm on the ground and does not wobble. As the armchair boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic rich colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. This item is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.”
