I have never used a spray gun before. I purchased the spray gun set to spray a cabinet I had made. I found the spray guns easy to set up. With a bit of practice, initially filling up the spray gun with water I was able to adjust the spray gun to the correct regulated pressure, and spray pattern I wanted. I sprayed multiple light coats of primer, undercoat and the final finish and the result was far better than I expected. You do have to thin the paint if it is quite thick, but after experimenting with the dilution I soon found the right viscosity required. The spray guns are very easy to clean. Overall for the cost of the set I would definitely recommend the spray gun set for a DIY enthusiast who looking to get a near factory paint finish. Just a quick tip, based on something I found out the hard way, do not spray too much with each coat, or you will most likely get paint runs, just spray light coats and you will get a great result.Read full review

It's far too tight to change the nozzles due to machine tightened when it's build it's ridiculous to unlock nozzle I had to use mole grip unwind also fitments not included straight go to compressor end

I get great results from the guns in these kits. I have devilbiss guns and I would say I could get just as good results from these. Comes with a gun regulator which is really handy. For the price definately worth it major step up from rattle cans and the paint gets cheaper when using a gun over cans. Great kit for a beginner or even for a cheap backup kit for someone with better equipment already. The only bad thing was the small guns trigger nut that holds the o ring came loose but I just put some thread locker on it and never had a problem since.

Overall i must admit its quite good overall, worthwhile investment. The only thing i found with the one i got was the pin that pulls the needle back was not drill spot on and if its rotated 180 degrees round it bends the needle... So check your spray-gun when you get it or you could end up destroying the vital parts inside it. I'm more than capable of re-drilling the hole to correct this issue however it may be that i was a little bit unlucky and got a slight issue with mine. Don't let my review put you off as i would recommend it for beginning sprayers and even those looking to have multiple gun set-ups ready to go, just double check that pin to avoid losing a needle set-up 🙂 The pics are of the pin in question.

This arrived in super quick time. I have used it once with the 1.7 mm nozzle (to spray primer) and got a good finish. The trigger action is a bit clunky but you can't expect De Villbis quality at this price. A good buy.

Having 3 inter changeable jets makes this gun very useful for basic spraying, well built & easy to maintain.

Bought this and borrowed a compressor. Used 2mm to spray all my bike plastics with undercoat...nearly undiluted. Im not an experienced sprayer but watching you tube and with a little practice I am happy with this product. Looking forward to applying next undercoat after prep and then attempt top coat with smaller nozzle....may even attempt flake.

No Cons really, I got it for primer work and it puts it on ok. It leaked at first but that was probably my fault, I left the cap on the top of the cup and there was no vent hole in it after I spotted that no problem.
