The keyboard shipped promptly and arrived safely, even though the box was a bit compressed during transit. The keyboard was installed in a Dell E5510 even though they are not compatible at first glance. You remove the 3 bottom buttons and the small plastic frame that holds them and then you slide the keyboard in the computer while pressing the 3 tiny button membranes down. It fits and works fine but its perimeter is silver looking compared to the black one of the original keyboard.
