    the positive thing is we finally got the item the first order we never received. so we re ordered it again my credit card was charged and again charged and this dealer got paid twice for 1 item said his post office was 2 weeks behind . happy with the item took 3 weeks to get that longest time to get an ebay purchase and apparently gave this dealer twice the fee by rights we should of gotten 2 final 4 newspaper special sections from plate collector319
