Although glasses arrived first smashed in an unmarked box, once Ebay was contacted the items were resent, in packaging labelled fragile, and all arrived in good condition. They stand up to tea lovely and haven t disintegrated when the tea is made in the cup. The seller has sent messages pressurising for a better review once the problem was being sorted. I would give full marks, apart from the extra hassle from receiving broken mugs and the time and angst in putting things right.
