    Item as described many thanks, on arrival the packaging was crushed and ripped open, however the contents were undamaged. Although the item is of good quality, I would suggest final inspection could be improved as some of the links were either not connected or misshaped requiring some attention to make it a more acceptable gift

    Instrument appears to be well constructed. Arrived in new condition. Head and frame did not match listing appearance are they are decorated, head decoration is smeared. Listing photo showed an undecorated head and frame. Stapled end of shipping box was open. This was inconsequential as item arrived without damage and complete. A “no problems” transaction marked by prompt shipping.
