Valuable tool when needed
Haven't used it yet, but when need to cut small openings, it will be accurate and faster then cutting with sharp blade, such as a #11. Also safer - blades can slip resulting in anything nearby getting cut - flesh or plastic. I have a scar on my hand (21 stitches to sew up) as the result of this a few years ago. This tool is like many other tools - limited application but when needed, very nice to have available.
