In most cases, it's just the divider that's been knocked slightly out of place during transit. There are two of the larger drawers that still catch a tad, but in my experience, they usually wear in over time, so not something I'm concerned about. Well built otherwise, a good price and a good purchase. Will probably repurchase or buy one of the others available at a later date
