DELIVERY
 
SMALL ITEMS: (normal cooker hoods, hobs etc) are quickly despatched on an all day courier service, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. You can expect Free Delivery throughout UK Mainland within 2 working days. For Next Day Delivery, please contact us first.
 
LARGE ITEMS: PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PHONE NUMBERS. Large items like washing machines and ovens are delivered using a Specialist White Goods Delivery Company - who are used to shipping large, bulky items and will take most large items into your home for you providing access isn't an issue. For example, if you have Narrow Doors or the Appliance you have ordered online is too big for your Doorway, the Delivery company will not remove packaging or doors in order to get the appliance into your home (in case they damage the appliance or your home in the process). Other access issues include Stairs and Parking.
 
The delivery company will contact you directly either via Text or Phone to arrange a time and a date depending on your post-code. Delivery in England and Wales is normally within a few days, Delivery to Scottish Post-Codes can take a little longer.

Why Recycle?
 
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.
 
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in Landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
 
What is the Crossed Out Wheeled Bin Symbol?
 
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeling bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
 
What is WEEE?
 
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

DAMAGE
 
As per distance selling regulations, damages need to be reported within a reasonable time frame - please thoroughly check all appliances for damage within 48 hours of receipt. After this we will not be able to make a claim with the delivery company or manufacturer. Please do not order if you cannot check the items within 48 hours but feel free to ask us to hold off delivery as we can keep your purchased appliances in our warehouse, ready for when you need them.
 
On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery, you may wish to refuse the item. If you subsequently become aware of the damage after delivery please contact us within 48 hours IN WRITING/EMAIL. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging and sending this to us immediately will help us to deal with any problems quickly.
 
Under no circumstances should you install your appliance if you notice damage. By installing an item you are accepting the product and cannot claim for damage after installation. Installing a damaged item can void your warranty and can also be dangerous.
 
All of our appliances are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months with the manufacturer. If any faults arise after installation, please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help. The guarantee will not apply however if the fault arises from misuse or excessive wear and tear. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly please first check the manufacturer’s instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the engineer visit.
 
We cannot replace or refund a faulty item without the manufacturer's engineer visit and only then if the engineer deems the item to be unrepairable, regardless of when it was delivered.
 
When installing a gas appliance a qualified Gas Safe engineer is required, all appliances will need to be installed by a qualified tradesperson, who will have the correct certification. If your appliance isn't installed by a qualified tradesman the manufacturer will likely void the warranty. We reserve the right to request an installation certificate for Gas appliances.
 
Where an item needs to be "hard-wired" by a qualified electrician, we reserve the right to request an installation certificate to make sure the fault was not caused by a "DIY" installation.

    Great product. Fantastic.

    This dishwasher is great value and is perfect for people or families that don't have lots of space, but need enough capacity for a family. I won't go back to not having one now. It was pretty easy to install, not too heavy, and really well made. It takes all the normal tablets and cleans perfectly. It's even cleaned up the bases of my saucepans fantastically. I heartily recommend this dishwasher.

    not as expected unfortunately

    My dinner plates and pasta bowls do not fit in this machine, also only fits two of my glasses or cups. they must have been very small pieces of crockery in the photos shown. on the upside it is very quiet and efficient when in use, Oh and if your not putting it right beside the sink you need to buy extensions for the pipes.

    A very efficient dishwasher

    A very efficient dishwasher. The basket that comes with it is a little flimsy compared with older models. When the soap hatch opens it makes you jump if you use tablets! I use all in ones with a 'rinse' set on 2 and get sparkling results, no salt because that is in the tablet. It is important to use a proper cleaner on these machines at least every 2 months.

    Check how big your dinner plates are.

    It depends on your definition of well designed. Drawings show the rack holding dinner plates upright - well it does if they are less than 10" (25cm) diameter. It does claim to hold 9" plates in the description, I'd call those side plates not dinner plates. As a result you won't get the full 6 place setting in the dishwasher if your plates are a more standard size. They will fit at an angle at the cost of something else if you have a full load. Otherwise works well, glasses come out sparkling, even on a 30 minute wash.

    Great little machine
