Ordered late on 14th, delivered early on 15th parcel force, courier handled well, package undamaged & not thrown about, fitted on 15th (10 minute job). I'm using it as a recirculating extractor so purchased the option supplied with separate carbon filter. It can also be used externally vented if wanted. Looks & works as described. Bearable 65db. Hope the product proves to be as good as the customer service.
