Cannot fault the service here . Day 1 - ordered ; Day 2 - delivered - Day 3 - installed ( ok that last was me . . . ) . Its a great no nonsense unit that replaced a German hood which had broken some time ago . Excellent value for money , simple to put in ( don't forget a plug ) and use . It looks smart , works well and , being telescopic , does not protrude like its predecessor . All told , thumbs up all the way - and it has a decent warranty . Recommended 100% - thank you !

It needs to be installed into a cabinet which wasn't clear and luckily we had builders in who installed it for us. You'd have to be a very, very good DIYer yo install it. The builders built the housing for it. It looks great and operates very well.

    Glad I have builders to install this device

    We are undertaking a renovation of our ground floor. The builders began installing yesterday in the new kitchen. They have had to build a cabinet to house the cooker hood. Nowhere in the documentation did it state that a cabinet was also required to fit the cooker hood. A job they thought would take no longer than an hour has taken all morning. I would not have been able to install the cooker hood by myself. The hood has been tested to ensure it works but not used in earnest as yet.
