    Knifed insulated Allen key

    This is a well designed insulated product. One small problem was the lower part of the Allen key that fits into the electrical hex screw would not pass through the hole in the plastic insulation above the screw. This was fixed by trimming the insulation on the tool back by 5mm length. I did this on a lathe to turn the insulation diameter down until the tool passed through the hole, thus leaving sufficient insulation on the tool for the last 5mm.
