    DIY fitness exercises for all ages and abilities

    If you want some diy exercises then this could be what you're looking for. Also check out the HASFit website for more low-demand exercise videos - they work for me, 70 yrs old and want to remain reasonably fit. But the Book and videos have stuff for all ages.
