Frame broke as a result, as you can see. There are also scratches on the plate which were not disclosed. No response from seller, nothing. They did not respond to my questions before purchasing the item either. Irresponsible and contemptuous people. I sold this designer solid sterling silver plate at price less than imelt down value. In addition to the wood, it was additionally packed w/ cardboard both sides. The brown bag was merely outer address cover.
