Dear customer! I didn't refuse to give you refund. When you said that you received only one candle I asked you three times to show me picture as a proof of exactly what you received. But all I've got from you is the same picture from my listing. Even if I did mistake and send you wrong item I need to know that before refund process. Otherwise how do I know you telling me true.
