    Listed as new but not really.

    This item was listed as new but it was clearly not new. Edges were crushed and some pages not only showed clear signs of wear but were even folded where they were not supposed to. Not fair to list as new when it clearly wasn’t.

    Shipping damage

    The purchased book was a thin hardcover book, and it was shipped in a light plastic mailing envelope so thin you can almost see through it, with no protection for the book. The book was gouged during shipping. A shame. The book was otherwise as described.
