This is the Intel Q6700 overclocking capability, which allows running CPU velocities up to 3.64 GHz when the need arises. It also syncs with the Front Side Bus (FSB) at a rate of 1,066 MHz. This gives you a valuable reserve capability that comes in handy in a variety of scenarios.The Q6700 has a number of other ways to increase data throughput. This hardware is created with Intel's multiple-thread processing engineering design embedded within the core.
