    Great product

    Used this kit on a Honda CRF230F I have been using as my single track bike in the north Georgia area. Set it up as race tech suggests for a 180lb woods rider and the ride quality felt 1000% better first time out. Also used BBR Heavy springs with the gold valve. Bike even feels much better at speed on the flowing connecting trails between the single track sections

    Worth the time and expense to install

    These were installed on a CRF230F. They really take the harshness out of the forks and control large hits much better. This is one of the best upgrades available for the 230. Install was really easy for a mechanically inclined person. Now the rear shock needs an upgrade!

    drill a few holes on your damper rods. go online to get your setting based on bike, rider weight and riding style, then go do those settings on the emulators
