These issues were not the sellers fault and was the fault of parcelforce who lied about attempting the delivery (they later admitted it) and they damaged the item. These issues seller was great with regular communication throughout, from trying to track down why the delivery was delayed and then offering a full refund for the damaged item. It wasn’t the best experience but I would recommend the seller.

I'm using it as a recirculating extractor so purchased the option supplied with separate carbon filter. It can also be used externally vented if wanted. Looks & works as described. Bearable 65db. Hope the product proves to be as good as the customer service.
