If you're a tall-ish woman and the guides online tell you to get 75cm diamater, but you don't feel fully supported, it's not you-- get the 85cm! It's awesome. Product is as described, the right size ball for me, nice and springy, colour accurate and cheerful, and arrived on time. The pump was inefficient and the nozzle inconvenient, so I'd recommend you use an electric pump of some description. Overall great value for money, and exactly what my back needed. 3
