      Bargins price, Good Quality

      Had this installed on my sliding door for around a week and it's holding up well. Had made a good difference as my previous slider has collapsed, time will tell if it lasts as long but impressions are very good so far. Would recommend this as it's a cheap part and a quick job to replace the roller guide. The pictures show the item itself and the bolts to remove to uninstall the slider in place and then to reinstall the new slider. MAKE SURE TO HAVE A JACK SUPPORTING THE DOOR WHEN CHANGING THE SLIDER.

      A new part lacking quality control

      I received a new product that was poorly manufactured. The main roller is not mounted at 90 degrees to the 2 guide rollers as it needs to be. The roller assembly hinge pin loosely fits the main arm, with gaps clearly seen between the washers, resulting in too much play that allows the sliding door to drop, creating incorrect alignment of the rollers in the track and excess drag. Compared to the 12 year old original VW part, this new product has more unwanted free play.

      Doesn’t fit

      Poorly made with weak components. So far out of shape that the door wouldn’t operate. So used it as donor parts to repair the failed VW bracket.
