Item arrived as described and on time. No faults with the item. I would recommend this seller. I would however suggest to the seller that when posting perfume in glass bottles, it may be better to post it in its original packaging to prevent the bottle from smashing when the postman drops it through the letter box in the door. Fortunately mine was in perfect condition when I opened it.

Item came damaged. Bottle was broken and empty, packing was all wet. I reported it to Steller same day. I get it on 4.09.2024, today is 18.09.2024 and I still dont know what seller is going to do. They blame courier company, but when I asked about solution they didn't tell me anything important and helpfull. I have sent them a lot of pictures of item.
