The poster I ordered was packaged in a flimsy envelope, so it arrived badly damaged, making it completely unsuitable for display. Why not use a poster tube?
I requested a replacement or refund, but after no response for a week, I had no choice but to ask eBay to step in, and now have received my refund.
I was 100% NOT at fault. As the seller, it's YOUR responsibility to ensure your customers receive items in good condition and if they don't, it's YOUR responsibility to refund or replace.
