My experience with the seller is positive despite the item flaws. This seller promptly dispatched my item and resolved my issues with the product. The manufacturer (Edifier) had sealed (with their own watermarked tape) a scuffed and cosmetically flawed set of speakers with several visible blemishes. These could not pass for new otherwise, had it not been for the sealed box.
