Glas von der Rückleuchte kam defekt an. Verkäufer beruft sich darauf das ich das Glas zerstört habe. Dem ist nicht so! Aber Aussage gegen Aussage. Dann zweites Glas für 40,-€ dazu kaufen müssen. Das habe ich dieses mal unter Videobeweis ausgepackt, es war aber i. O.. Naja was soll ich sagen? Teures Rücklicht. Alle die es kaufen, sollten das unter Beweis oder mit einem Zeugen auspacken und überprüfen. Aber es sieht trotzdem gut aus.

So the seller sent me a partial refund and the message said that they have already sent me the item and we're not able to stop it being sent, but they definitely stopped it from being sent awaand stole $12 for shipping and we're the rudest customer service I've ever dealt with saying that just because there's a tree in the picture doesn't mean that we're going to send you a tree completely ignorant to their false advertising and rude trying to mock me for their photo and how misleading it is.

Kunde hat die die Listung missverstanden, wollte eigentlich Rückspiegel und keine Blinker kaufen. Rückfrage des Kunden kam erst nach dem Versand, hätte alles im Vorfeld geklärt werden können, die späte Kommunikation war dann sehr speziell um es freundlich auszudrücken. Wo nun unser Fehler gelegen haben soll, blieb unklar. Die Beschreibung ist sehr deutlich und wurde in all den 8 Jahren seit Listung nie fehlinterpretiert.
