The motor worked but wasn’t as quiet as the oem like was advertised. Also it had no sopping point in open or closed position which could have been the closed limit board . So the motor only worked about 15 try’s then burnt up. I just ended up replacing the whole opener with the new w571 model which operates so much smoother and faster.

Price is ok, but trying to remove the gear from the old one and installing it on the new one so everything matches up is a best a 20% sshot. Instructions on how to install the old gear would have been great. I bent the rod of the motor trying to force it down to the level it matched to the gears in the box. But it was a price deal, but not functional for me.

We are always here for advice, we even offer to install your gear on the new motor for no charge, just send us the gear... or send us your old motor and we will remove and install the gear, OR we have a listing send us your complete gearbox and we will remove and replace and clean and grease it and send it back ready to install, in 1000s sold this is only the second one I know of that had issues with the installation. thats 99.9 success rate... always here to help just ASK? ,

The first shipment was missing part of the order, seller explained that the person who packaged the order misunderstood what was to be in the shipment. Was corrected with a second shipment. Only concern I had was the head and case cover gaskets laying flat/ loose at the bottom of the box. Luckily USPS didn’t damage the box in transit or gaskets may have been trashed. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.
