    Stick to it

Hi theres not much to say that its advert and list of jobs doesnt say exept i have used jb weld for quite some time and done some really crazy jobs with it , some fairly normal , but some emergancy patch ups you would look at and say no hope of it working but of course it works often so well that it ends up a permenant repair as its better than origional part so why change a good repair back to a troublesome origional part giving your self extra work and needing jb weld again when the proper bit breaks again . Strong takes heat well and if the surface is cleaned and prepared right it does some crazy jobs , just dont try it on stupid stuff that couldnt even be welded common sence should tell you the limits .

  • excellent adhesive but needs good preparation

I have used the product several times now to repair and strengthen motorcycle fairings, repairing seat mounts and fairing mounting points. Good surface preparation is essential to get a good key otherwise the product can chip off. When set the glue can be sanded to get a good finish. It takes a good 24 hours to fully set and develop the best strength.

  • upgrade a garden tool

i purchased an uprooting tool as i have lots of ash and sycamore saplings in my garden. when watching a promotion video on how to use the toolit showed you needed to place your foot on the tool to steady it before applying pressure. the area where to place your foot was very narrow so i decided to increase the width of the area and glued a piece of angle to it, the glued held it very firmly and the tool is now much easier to use.

  • Jb weld

This is brilliant stuff and gets very good fixing a few years ago I had a cast iron boiler that was leaking around the join so had it took apart so I could clean around the gasket edge and mixed some JB weld for hot temperature and it was put back together and never leaked any more it was still ok when fitter took it out as had new system installed .
