A+ for communication- which must be more difficult when dealing internationally. I do love Keren Kopal products

The seller did offer a 50% refund & I could keep it. Or return for a refund. The postage to Israel would probably be a lot, so I did keep it & was able to find someone to fix n the swing. It is pretty, but they kept it advertised as musical, which it isn't. Other items from n this seller have alwayys been as advertised.
