Bought this hat way back on the 21st of May with 3 day delivery. The hat never arrived. This was NOT the fault of the seller. The blame falls solely onto Royal mail. However, despite the fact it was not the sellers fault, they sent out a replacement 3 days ago and I received it today. Can not praise this seller enough, excellent customer service and communication 10 outa 10 for the seller. Royal mail on the other hand can go suck a big bag of dicks.
