Comfy office chair with assembly issues
Overall it is comfortable and functional but like many items made in China, quality control is second to price. Mine had a bolt missing and moulded plastic that did not allow easy assembly without resorting to a heat gun and resetting.

Comfortable, but lasted less than a year.
Very comfortable. But unfortunately the pneumatic height ram has failed on my purchase. The seat just sinks slowly when you sit on it, so not very helpful for a home working chair or my back. I'm a little disappointed that it failed after only 10/11 months. I've informed the seller.

A comfortable seat for working
The chair came flat packed, there was an instruction manual that was easy to follow and the chair was easy to put together. As a bigger person I often find that chairs with armrests are sometimes uncomfortable because the armrests are attached to the seat. The seat is a decent width with a comfortable amount of sponge and the armrest are attached to the back and can be lifted and lowered as needs be. The chai is used in a room with hard floors and glides around easily. Overall the chair is very comfortable to use for hours at a time. Happy to recommned the chair and the seller.
