They quickly ran by board through testing and found that it was in good working condition. They did not text or email, they actually called me directly to get more information about my symptoms and offered expert guidance as to troubleshooting other likely causes before reconditioning and sending my board back to me. I can see where they installed new capacitors as described as part of the service. Treadmill works like new! A good deal - at roughly 1/3 the price of buying a new control board. I replaced it and our Horizon PST6 treadmill is now operational again. It was encouraging to find this board at a very reasonable price! Just what I needed for this older treadmill. I returned the faulty board for the advertised core charge refund and got it within a few days. Good to see a company out there to refurbish these electronic components.
